How Dark Matter Came to Existence

How Dark Matter Came to Existence. P.K.Ghatak. MD No.46. Dark matter existed ever since the moment of Creation. The Scientific world did learn about this until Einstein published his Theory of General Relativity in 1915 and in 1916 a more expanded version of it  At that time such questions were limited to Theology and Religion.  In India, the Sanatan Dharma proclaimed that the universe always existed and will always exist in the future, however the universe goes through cataclysmic periods, the universe reemerges as new.  The Abrahamic religion of the West says, God created this universe 4000 years ago from nothing.  Einstein's Theory of General Relativity states that the creation took place with a huge explosion. After the explosion Time, Space, Matter and Energy came into existence. It further states, the universe is static due to cosmological constant. The Gravity is the result of mass and energy which forms a four-dimensional Curvature of Spacetime.  In 1927...

Ferrell's Law

Ferrell's Law. P.K.Ghatak, MD No.44. Modern warfare, to a large extent, depends on the precise computation of the target because the missiles are most effective when it hits the intended target and a miss means waste of several million dollars gone to manufacturing the missile. In the earlier times when goods moved by boats utilizing the “trade wind” according to Ferrell's law was essential for safe navigation. It kind of lost its luster with the introduction of steam ships and transport planes. Nowadays, only the weatherman knows and uses Ferrell’s law, and the also the engineers engaged in planetary missions and electronic warfare. Ferrell's law is modifications of Coriolis effect for much larger masses of air and sea currents. Gustave Coriolis was a French mathematician and mechanical engineer in the eighteenth century, he solved the commonly observed phenomenon of objects, taking a curved path in reference to Earth rotatory motion. Mr. William Ferrell was an American ...

The Color of Sky and Ocean

The Phenomena of the blue color of the sky and ocean are different. P. K. Ghatak, MD No. 43. We are endowed with a pair of retinas which can receive three fundamental colors: - Red, Blue and Green. However, we can appreciate any color of the Newton spectrum of sunlight as well as any shades of the fundamental colors and also new colors generated by mixing of colors just like the salesperson at the paint shop matches the color of house paint the color strip you select. A teacher explains that the red color of a rose is a reflection of red and the rest of the other colors of the spectrum are absorbed by the petals of the rose. When it comes to explaining the color of the sky and ocean, he brings in other phenomena. Color of the Sky: The sky is blue during the day except at sunrise and sunset. Sunlight encounters nitrogen, oxygen and water molecules after entering the Earth’s atmosphere. The colors having long wavelengths, larger than the molecules, are scattered less and do not re...

If the same dish cooked without salt and no saltshakers are available no one would take a mouthful of food because it turns tasteless. The difference is all due to Salt which is Sodium Chloride.
